7. adoption decision
the client makes the decision of adoption after the meeting and selection process of candidates. We will arrange the adoption procedures in order to simplify the adoption.

8. After adoption
If disagreements occur we will consult them with both sides (candidate and client). The consultation will be promptly done, and we will propose a flexible solution.
